Rules on returns

You can return the products in 30 days after receiving the order.

1. Create a return

Go to the tab I want to return the order and register your return.

2. Choose the method of return and send the package

Select products from the list, secure and pack the shipment for departure. Choose a return method.
If you use Inpost parcel locker quick returns, you will receive a code to the parcel locker, and we will deduct PLN 9,83 from the refunded amount.

3. Deliver to store or send to:

4. Refund

The maximum time can be up to 10 working days.
You will receive your refund the same way you paid for the order.
If you paid on delivery, it is necessary to enter your bank account number in the returns module.

5. How to replace a product?

Return the ordered goods and pay for a new order. In order not to commit your funds,
you can use the deferred payment system.

6. In-store return

Find a store on the store list.
The packed product with the completed return form should be delivered to the selected stationary store.
