If you send the package via the locker code without using a return label, you don't need to fill out a paper return form.

Check possible return methods
1. Return via Inpost Locker
You will receive a code and send the package without a return label via any Inpost locker.
You don't need to include a return form with the package.
The package will automatically be delivered to our warehouse in Gdańsk.
We will subtract 9.83 PLN from the returned amount.
2. Send the Package Yourself
Send the prepaid package yourself to the address:

Refund
The maximum time may take up to 10 business days, although the average time is 3 days.
The refund will be processed using the same method as the original payment.
If you paid by cash on delivery, you will need to enter your bank account number in the return module.

Where can I find the code for the locker if I am returning via Inpost Locker?
You can find the code for sending the package in any Inpost locker in the email from Inpost or in the Inpost app.
Can I exchange a product for a different size or model?
In this case, you can return the item and place a new order on our website.
We do not process exchange requests.
I want to return multiple pairs of shoes via Inpost Locker.
How should I prepare the package to send it correctly in one locker?
You can only place one package in a locker.
If you want to return several pairs of shoes, pack them into one package (e.g., put all pairs into a plastic bag and tape it).
You cannot place several separate packages in one locker.
Can I return products purchased in a physical store?
You can only return products purchased online.
For in-store purchases, you can exchange items in the same store within 7 days of the purchase date.
The received item is damaged or not as ordered.
